Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the soaked dates, honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • 1 1/2 cups ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, almond milk, eggs, and melted coconut oil.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine coconut flour, chopped walnuts (if using), cinnamon, baking soda, and sea salt.
